Kanchanjunga is the third highest peak in the world height of the this mountain (8586m) and is situated on the eastern boarder of Nepal. So this kanchanjunga trek star from Basantapur and end either from taplejung. The trek offers a natural beauty and an unforgettable experience. There is risk to suffer from High Altitude Sickness (AMS), when crosses over 4000m in height with several times. So, one must not hurry up and be careful of AMS. I recommend you keep sufficient necessities stocked with you due to the remoteness of trek. This trek is also has great for those explorers having natural history interest, with ecological zones from the subtropics to glacial wilderness. Expect close-up views of Kanchanjunga. The trek starts by heading towards the Tamur River past Ghunsa for the north Kanchanjunga Base Camp after flying into Taplejung in a chartered aircraft. There will be optional mountaineering opportunities and is the best option for hikers seeking extended challenge.
